Eric instantly felt like a friend and made the process of home buying infinitely more fun than I could have ever imagined. He helped my partner and I buy our first home together in Sonoma County, and I am so grateful to have worked with him. Eric has been very fun to work with. We loved his communication style - to the point, very casual but professional. He communicated very well, kept in touch and checked in on us regularly - just the right amount without being annoying. Important to mention that we worked with two agents for two different areas and we can say without a doubt that we would stick with Eric if we had to sell or buy again. Don't be fooled by the rock'n'roll cool! When you pick Eric to be your realtor, you get an incredibly thoughtful and patient experience. We worked with him on buying a house and we are so impressed by his responsiveness, kindness, explaining skills that we hope he will continue to be in our lives even though our business with him is complete.
